In this episode of Season 4 of Vital Remnants, McConnell Center Director Dr. Gary Gregg walks readers through the second half of his discussion of Federalist 67-77 and four Anti-Federalist writings in Reflection and Choice: The Federalists, The Anti-Federalists, and the Debate that Defined America, edited by Gary L.
